5400㎡ multi-span industrial plant with office in the US

This is a 5400㎡ steel structure industrial plant designed by Canglong Group for a US client, with building dimensions of 90.5m × 60.4m × 10.6m. The project includes not only a large production workshop but also planned supporting office areas. To meet the plant's usage requirements, Canglong Group adopted a multi-span portal frame structure design, satisfying the need for large production space while providing more flexible usable space within the workshop.

The main beams and columns of the plant are made of H-beams, and the roof purlins are made of C-beams, together forming a stable main steel structure system. The multi-span design allows for the combination of multiple structural units, enabling the building space to be rationally planned according to production, equipment layout, and office needs. This system is also suitable for large manufacturing workshops, warehouses, and integrated industrial buildings.

The project's wall and roof cladding systems utilize PU sandwich panels.

PU sandwich panels offer excellent thermal insulation, making them suitable for industrial plants requiring controlled indoor temperatures. The roof also incorporates polycarbonate (PC) panels to improve natural lighting within the workshop, reducing reliance on artificial lighting during the day.

The project also features a gable structure, enhancing the overall building's appearance and structural layout. Considering the daily production needs and the access requirements of large equipment and goods, industrial overhead doors are included.
