Peru SGS certified steel structure factory project

To meet the industrial production needs of its Peruvian clients, Canglong Group designed and constructed a modern steel structure factory building. The project utilizes a double-slope, multi-span portal frame structure, combining production workshops and offices to create a comprehensive industrial building solution integrating production, administration, and office functions.

The building measures 75.6 × 56 × 9.3 meters, with a total area of ​​4233.6 square meters. Based on usage requirements, the industrial plant is divided into production workshops and office areas. The office area employs a two-story steel structure to maximize space utilization and improve overall efficiency. Canglong Group provided all components for the office area, including steel structural panels and staircases, achieving a rational integration of office and production spaces.

In terms of the main structural design, the factory building adopts a high-strength portal frame system. H-shaped steel as the main load-bearing components of columns and beams, ensure high load-bearing capacity, structural stability, and optimal space utilization. The roof support system uses C-shaped steel strips to effectively connect the main structure and the enclosure structure, ensuring the safety and reliability of the entire building. Following rigorous testing from raw materials and manufacturing to final product quality, all steel structural components have been certified by independent entity SGS, ensuring the project meets international standards.

Regarding the enclosed design, the roof combines pu sandwich panels with corrugated steel sheets, improving the building's insulation, increasing natural light, and reducing daily energy consumption. The gable roof design enhances the building's visual appeal, giving it a more impressive and elegant aesthetic, while optimizing drainage.

The walls utilize 50mm polyurethane insulation panels, providing excellent insulation, fire resistance, and durability. The exterior walls combine gray and black panels, creating a modern steel-structured factory that enhances the company's image. The production area features electrically operated roller shutters for easy access to heavy machinery, vehicles, and goods, improving production and transportation efficiency.

The office area features a unique exterior design with yellow sandwich panels, clearly distinguishing it from the production workshops and showcasing a more modern and dynamic architectural style. Double-glazed doors at the office entrance enhance natural light, improving environmental comfort and overall aesthetics.
