1. Steel structure frame engineering can be divided into multi-layer steel structure frame engineering and high-rise steel structure frame engineering. The height is generally less than 24 meters for multi-storey, greater than 24 meters for high-rise. The steel structure frame project generally does not exceed 18 floors due to the material of the steel structure itself. If you see that there is more than a simple steel frame structure, it must be a composite structure or a steel frame concrete structure. Take the high strength and light weight of the steel structure and the fire resistance of the concrete.
2. The steel structure frame engineering is generally processed and produced in the processing plant and then transported to the steel structure building construction site. All processing techniques generally meet the design requirements. Before the mass production of the steel structure frame needs to be produced, a finished product needs to be produced, and a section is taken and taken to the mechanics laboratory for mechanical experiments to check whether the components meet the designed mechanical parameters.
3. The floor of the steel structure frame generally adopts the structure of floor deck and reinforced concrete cast-in-place slab. The floor deck can replace the formwork without the need for formwork support. After the pouring is completed, there is no need to take the floor deck. It can also save a certain amount of labor costs and mold support costs. Steel bars generally use truss beam steel bars, and the finished products are generally truss steel bars that are processed in the processing plant and then transported to the construction site. After large-scale production, the cost is lower.
4. The beam-to-column or beam-to-beam connection of the steel structure frame is generally steel or hinged. The steel connection is to use high-strength bolts M24, M36, M42, M48 or higher-standard high-strength bolts first. When connecting high-strength bolts, a hole guide and a torque wrench are required. The high-strength bolts cannot be screwed in place at one time. Initial screwing and final screwing are required 2-3 times to meet the requirements. When all the high-strength bolts are installed, it is necessary to weld the lead plate. Welding generally needs to meet the second-level weld. Hinged joints are all connected and tightened with high-strength bolts, and no welding and other operations are required. Whether it is a steel joint or a hinged joint, it is necessary to meet the torque wrench for operation and meet the tightening requirements.
5. If the pouring of the floor slab in the steel frame frame project cannot be completed at one time, the second pouring needs to be poured before the first initial setting. If it is really impossible to complete the pouring once or several times, the second pouring needs to be treated with high-grade joints, or construction joints should be set at the places that need to be poured last time.
6. The on-site installation process of the steel structure frame project is generally the embedded parts of the foundation, and the multi-layer or high-rise generally adopts the embedded type, that is, the steel-connected foundation, and the steel column and the foundation need to be poured together. After the steel column is installed, the steel beam is hoisted, first outside and then inside, and the principle of first main beam and then beam is hoisted and installed.
7. The shear bolts in the steel structure frame engineering generally need to weld the corresponding shear bolts according to the design requirements. It is very convenient to have a special shear bolt welding machine. The main steel columns and main steel beams can be welded in the processing plant, or they can be welded on site if it is inconvenient to transport.
