The steel structure renovation design of the workshop can be divided into five parts:
1. Fire safety design
Compared with the traditional structural method, the damage of temperature to the steel structure is more significant, so the design of the steel structure is very difficult. 2. Anti-corrosion design
In the long-term use, the metal structure of steel structure will be harmed by many factors, so it is very prone to structural corrosion problems, and the appearance of corrosion problems will immediately endanger the application performance of the structure and threaten the safety of the structure. In view of this, in the design of steel structure workshops, designers should continuously improve their own structural anti-corrosion concepts and core concepts, fully grasp the adverse effects of corrosion on structural performance, and gradually improve anti-corrosion design by adopting various countermeasures. In addition, the past engineering construction process is fully integrated to carefully observe the corrosion problems and avoid corrosion problems to the greatest extent. In addition, in the design of steel structure engineering projects, scientific research should be carried out to design the anti-corrosion coating of the structure, improve the adhesion and hydrophobicity of the anti-corrosion coating, and block the contact between carbon dioxide, oxygen ions and other chemical substances and the metal materials in the steel structure. Finally, the corrosion resistance of the structure is continuously improved.
3. Seismic grade design
The seismic grade design of steel structures is closely related to the quality and safety of the manufacturer. In the design work, on the one hand, it is necessary to provide sufficient indoor space for themed activities for the workshop, and on the other hand, it should improve the structural support to fully present the advantages of the steel frame structure. Focusing on the two levels of the horizontal structure and the vertical structure, the deformation of the plant structure is prevented, thereby improving the seismic performance of the structure. At present, the failure of the compressive strength of the supporting point structure to meet the requirements for the application of engineering projects is the key reason for the hazard of earthquake disasters in engineering building structures, which also causes many safety production accidents. Therefore, in the structural design, the characteristics of structural force transmission should be established first, the supporting point structure should be effectively arranged, and the adverse effects of earthquake disasters on the structure should be reasonably reduced.
4. Load Design
The load design has high requirements for professional ability, and it must also be combined with the actual calculation method of scientific research to calculate the data and information, which can reasonably improve the accuracy and rationality of the load design of the steel structure. At present, in the design of the steel structure of the workshop, the design staff generally use software tools to design, and the geographical environment and climatic characteristics of the city where the project is located should be considered when the load is assigned. If the city where the project is located has a large amount of snowfall, the snowfall load on the flat roof of the steel structure should be appropriately increased to ensure that the maximum value of the structural load can bear the working pressure and adverse effects of snowfall.
5. Safety factor and rationality of harmonious steel structure
In the whole process of the steel structure design of the workshop, on the one hand, the safety of the workshop structure should be fully guaranteed, and on the other hand, the safety factor of the steel structure should be continuously improved. The interior decoration design of the steel structure workshop is very simple, so the rationalization of the construction method, the convenience of the actual operation and the rationality of the structure layout have a fundamental effect on the rationality of the steel structure workshop. In the design of a project, the design staff chose the light portal steel frame and steel frame structure from the consideration of the structural method, and fully integrated several influencing factors of the project design when selecting the design method. This will continue to improve the rationality of the structure.
