Arrange shipment for the crane factory project of Argentine client

Canglong Group successfully developed and implemented an integrated steel structure solution for a crane factory project in Argentina, laying a solid foundation for the smooth progress of this overseas project through its full range of material supply and professional packaging and delivery services.

In this collaboration, Canglong Group leveraged its mature steel structure manufacturing and project integration capabilities to supply a complete set of steel structure components and supporting equipment. The core components included H-beams and H-section steel columns required for the main structure of the factory, serving as the core components of the factory's load-bearing system and providing robust structural support for the high load demands of crane operations. Simultaneously, C-beams, tie rods, and other auxiliary structural components were supplied to ensure the overall stability and integrity of the factory structure.

Furthermore, a one-stop solution was provided for wall panels, roof panels, and other enclosure system materials, as well as door and window products suitable for industrial environments. This also included the project's core production equipment, the crane, achieving full coverage from main structural materials to auxiliary materials, from enclosure accessories to production equipment, eliminating the need for multiple procurement channels and significantly improving project efficiency.

After completing the production and quality inspection of all materials, Canglong Group strictly adhered to international steel structure export packaging standards and Argentine import logistics requirements, conducting professional packaging operations. Different types of components and equipment were categorized and organized:

Large structural components such as H-beams and columns were layered using sleepers and secured with heavy-duty steel straps at specified intervals to prevent slippage and deformation during transport. Smaller components such as C-beams and tie rods were bundled and clearly labeled with specifications and quantities. Wall panels, roof panels, and other sheet materials were protected against scratches and moisture and secured with specialized brackets. Doors, windows, cranes, and other equipment were individually packaged with protective packaging, and core components were reinforced with cushioning materials.

Simultaneously, wooden packaging underwent fumigation treatment and was affixed with compliance labels. A complete set of export documents, including packing lists and commercial invoices, were completed to ensure compliance with Argentine customs clearance requirements.

Recently, all materials for the project have completed standardized packaging, comprehensive inventory, and sealing, successfully completing the collection and shipment process.
