Recently, Canglong Group welcomed a visiting delegation from the Philippines. A group of two clients flew to China specifically to conduct on-site factory inspections and thoroughly examine our company's production strength and quality management system in providing core building materials for their factory projects. The entire inspection trip was accompanied and received by our business manager Anne, and both parties had in-depth and productive exchanges.

The first stop of the inspection tour is straight to the steel structure production workshop. Entering the spacious and grand workshop, what catches the eye is a busy and orderly production scene: intelligent CNC cutting equipment accurately divides steel, automated welding robot arms dance with brilliant welding flowers, and heavy-duty H-beam assembly and straightening are steadily advancing on the production line. Manager Anne gave a detailed introduction to the guests, from the strict admission standards for steel raw materials to every key process of computer layout, cutting, assembly, welding, calibration, shot blasting, and spraying. Customers frequently nodded in approval of advanced production equipment, standardized assembly line operations, and skilled workers, and occasionally discussed professional issues such as node treatment, anti-corrosion technology, and bearing capacity of steel structures with Anne.

Subsequently, the inspection team moved to the sandwich panel production workshop. This is the key area for building the enclosure system for the factory building. One of the key project objectives of the client's trip is to witness firsthand the birth process of sandwich panels to be used for their factory walls and roofs. In the workshop, the production line is running efficiently, producing sandwich panels with different core materials such as EPS (polystyrene), PU (polyurethane), and rock wool. Manager Anne guided the customer to closely observe the entire process from color roll unwinding, automatic core material gluing, composite compression molding to fixed length cutting.

She specifically targeted the actual needs of the client's project and compared and explained the characteristics of three types of sandwich panels: EPS panels are known for their excellent insulation and economy. PU board has higher density and excellent insulation effect, with outstanding fire resistance rating.; Rock wool board, with its A-level non combustible fire resistance, is indispensable in areas with extremely high safety requirements. The customers watched with great interest the filling process of different core materials and personally touched the cross-section of the finished board, giving high praise to the flatness, composite firmness, and material itself of the board.

After the workshop visit, both parties moved to the conference room and had in-depth discussions on the specific details, technical parameters, and subsequent shipping, installation support of the Philippine factory project. The customer expressed full trust and recognition of our company's production capacity, quality control, and product diversity based on on-site observations.

The inspection trip came to an end in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. To allow guests from afar to experience authentic Chinese culture, Manager Anne specially arranged a Chinese hotpot dinner. In a hot and fragrant atmosphere, the two sides continued to have friendly exchanges, not only discussing business, but also sharing each other's culture and life. This heartwarming hotpot not only warms the guests' stomachs, but also brings them closer together, laying a solid and friendly foundation for long-term cooperation in the future.
