Cold storage room is mainly used for constant temperature storage of food, dairy products, meat, aquatic products, poultry, fruits and vegetables, cold drinks, flowers, green plants, tea, medicines, chemical raw materials, electronic instruments, etc. Cold storage room is a kind of cold air equipment combined with low temperature. Compared with refrigerators, the refrigeration area of cold storage (cold storage) is much larger, but they have the same refrigeration principle.

1. According to the structure, it can be divided into civil cold storage and assembled cold storage.

4. According to refrigeration equipment selection, cold storages are divided into ammonia refrigeratory and Freon refrigeratory.

5. According to the requirement of storage temperature, it can be divided into high temperature cold storage, low temperature cold storage and refrigeration cold storage.

3. Application of cold storage room

Food cold storage room

Food cold storage is a building used for food freezing and refrigeration. It keeps a certain low temperature in the storage by artificial refrigeration. In order to reduce the inflow of external heat, the floor, walls and roof of the cold storage are equipped with a certain thickness of moisture and heat insulation layer.

Food cold storage can be widely used in food factories, dairy factories, pharmaceutical factories, chemical factories, fruit and vegetable warehouses, egg warehouses, hotels, supermarkets, hospitals, blood stations, troops, laboratories, etc. In general, refrigeration machine is used to cool refrigeration in refrigeration engineering. The liquid with very low gasification temperature is used as coolant. It is mainly composed of compressor, condenser and evaporator.

Pharmaceutical cold storage room

The temperature of drug cold storage is generally +2 ~ +8 C. Drug cold storage and shady cold storage of medical and medical equipment are mainly refrigerated to store all kinds of pharmaceutical products which can not be kept in normal temperature. Refrigeration under low temperature can make drugs invalid and prolong the shelf life of drugs. Drug refrigeration has many advantages, such as fast refrigeration speed, complete function, energy saving and so on. The refrigeration control system of the drug depot adopts fully automatic micro-computer electric control technology, which mainly stores medicines and medical devices, and can monitor and record the temperature and humidity of the storage area.

Vaccine class cold storage room

Vaccine cold storage is mainly used to store all kinds of medicinal products which can not be kept in normal temperature. Under low temperature cold storage, the medicines will not deteriorate and fail. The storage temperature of prolonging the shelf life of medicines is generally -5 C~+8 C.

4. Cold room equipment:

Generally, Cold rooms are usually cooled by refrigerators, which use liquid (ammonia or freon) with very low gasification temperature as coolant to evaporate under low pressure and mechanically controlled conditions and absorb the heat in the storage, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling.

The most commonly used is the compressed refrigerator, which is mainly composed of compressor, condenser, throttle valve and evaporation tube. According to the way of evaporation tube device, it can be divided into direct cooling and indirect cooling. Direct cooling installs the evaporation tube in the refrigerated warehouse. When the liquid coolant passes through the evaporation tube, it directly absorbs the heat in the warehouse and reduces the temperature. Indirect cooling is a device in which the air in the warehouse is sucked into the air cooling device by the blower. After the air is heated by the evaporator in the cooling device, it is fed into the warehouse to cool down. The advantages of air cooling are rapid cooling, uniform temperature in the reservoir, and the ability to take harmful gases such as carbon dioxide produced during storage out of the reservoir.  

5. Material selection of cold storage panel:

Cold storage panels can be divided into the following categories according to the requirements of manufacturing materials and refrigeration industry:

1. Cold Storage panel (polystyrene):

The polystyrene foam sandwich panel of cold storage panel is a kind of high-efficiency mechanism material, which is made of color steel plate as surface layer, closed-cell flame-retardant polystyrene foam plastic as core material, and the color steel plate is pressed and bonded with high strength by automatic continuous forming machine. ● The length of cold Storage panel (mm) can be determined according to engineering requirements due to continuous moulding production. Generally, the length of cold storage panel should not exceed 12000 (mm) due to transportation reasons. 

2. Cold Storage panel (polyurethane):

Cold Storage panel is made of light polyurethane with good thermal insulation as inner material, and splint-type storage board composed of color steel plate and stainless steel plate outside can reduce the heat transfer caused by internal and external temperature difference, so as to achieve the maximum efficiency of refrigeration and refrigeration system.
