The specific installation method is as follows:

1. Hoisting of main structures: splicing steel beams on the ground, erecting steel columns, hoisting steel beams, structure of connectors, correction of main structure deviation, spraying of fire-proof paint. The deviation of the main structure of the plant shall meet the specifications and design requirements, and the initial termination of high-strength bolts shall meet the requirements.

2. The installation of the secondary structure of the factory building: roof and wall shutters, roof and wall supports, flange supports, etc.

3. Installation of roof panel and insulation layer: first lay the insulation layer, and then install the roof panel. In some projects, steel wire mesh is still laid under the insulation layer to prevent the insulation layer from falling off, which mainly depends on the grade of the insulation layer.

4. Maintenance and installation of its own wall: mainly set the wall insulation layer and wall panels. It is necessary to confirm whether there is a deviation in the installation. For example, the bottom should be flat, the entire plane should be flat, and the flatness deviation between boards should meet the requirements.

5. The detailed structure of the standard factory building: mainly for the decoration and installation of the corner between the roof and the wall, the waterproof board between the wall panel and the brick wall, door and window decoration, etc.
