Installation accuracy control

The complex spatial steel structure shall be measured and controlled during installation. As the construction measurement control of steel frame structure is a part of the construction technology, the rationality and progressiveness of its construction scheme are analyzed from a large number of measurement and control data information, and the results are reflected and confirmed. For large-span steel structure, due to the great difference between the deformation and stress state of the structure during construction and that after forming, various support jig frames need to be used to ensure the accuracy of the structure.

Due to the long steel beam structure, large distance between lifting points, self weight, variable load and other factors, the steel beam and steel cable are subject to great axial force, and are prone to lateral bending of the steel beam, or even more serious deformation. The construction site of large-span steel structure should strengthen management and increase the training of workers' professional knowledge, so that they can have a more concrete understanding of the stress characteristics of components and lifting knowledge. At the same time, strengthen the construction organization design to reasonably demonstrate the hoisting scheme, so as to select a more reasonable hoisting scheme.

Installation sequence

Due to the high requirements for the installation sequence of large-span steel structure, if the installation sequence is not reasonably considered and the steel members do not meet the needs of hoisting, the safety of the structure may be affected. During the construction organization design, the installation sequence shall be reasonably arranged. Factory processing, component transportation and on-site installation shall be coordinated in a unified manner. During the construction process, strict implementation shall be carried out. In addition to carefully formulating the installation sequence suitable for the project, experienced construction teams should also be selected for installation to avoid potential quality hazards.
