It is an important problem to choose the appropriate method to cool the metal structure factory. In order to solve this problem, we should find the key factors that affect the temperature of the steel structure factory and deal with other relatively small factors to achieve good indoor environment and cost performance.
1、 Ventilation and heat dissipation of metal structure factory
As some machines in the steel structure workshop will generate heat and steam, if the hot air and steam cannot be discharged in time, they will accumulate in the workshop, thus increasing the temperature of the workshop and affecting the environment of the steel structure factory. The solution to these problems is to ensure proper ventilation of the workshop and install an appropriate exhaust system. Proper installation of the exhaust system will greatly improve the air environment of the steel structure workshop and greatly reduce the temperature of the factory.
2、 Installation of roof forced exhaust fan
Power fan is a kind of ventilation equipment driven by electricity. Good exhaust effect, can adapt to any environment ventilation. The unpowered ventilator is a kind of ventilation equipment based on the principle of air convection. When the indoor and outdoor air environment is different, air flow will be generated, and then indoor exhaust gas and hot air will be removed. Its advantage is that it does not require additional power and is more environmentally friendly. However, it is highly dependent on the environment, so it cannot be forced to exhaust. The main products are turbine ventilator, belt ventilator (lighting belt ventilation), roof ventilator, etc.
3、 Forced cooling metal structure factory
Forced cooling refers to the installation of an air cooler on the roof of the factory building. The air cooler is a machine that uses the principle of water cooling to cool the air. The forced exhaust fan delivers the cold air to the room. The indoor temperature of the metal structure factory can be kept at a comfortable temperature of 26-30 ℃. Its power consumption is equivalent to 1/8 of that of air conditioner, and its cost is 1/2 of that of air conditioner. It is a good method for forced cooling of steel structure workshop.
4、 Thermal insulation and cold insulation of metal structure factory
The thermal insulation layer of the factory can isolate most of the solar radiation and heat conduction and reduce the indoor greenhouse effect. This greatly reduces the temperature of the workshop and improves the environment of the workshop. There are two common approaches today:
The thermal insulation cotton is covered on the roof of the steel structure workshop. The insulating cotton used on the roof is usually glass wool. The thickness is generally 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, and the density is 64kg/m ³。
Generally, the indoor temperature can be reduced by 5-8 ℃ after installation, and the construction process is complex. If the thermal insulation transformation is carried out in the metal structure factory, the original steel wire mesh needs to be removed, the glass wool is paved on the glass mesh to cover the original roof, and then the waterproof treatment is carried out.
