1. Welding process of steel structure workshop

4. Assembly process of steel structure workshop

This process plays an important role in the quality of steel structure workshop component processing, and its quality is greatly affected by the previous process, so it is very important to strengthen the process monitoring before assembly.

The quality problems arising from this process are mainly shown in the wrong position of the assembled parts, such as 3450mm to 4350mm. The use of parts is wrong. 2 # parts should have been assembled, but 3 # other parts were assembled. The parts were assembled incorrectly at the correct position, such as the 45mm hole on the plate was originally outward, but actually 45mm was installed inward. The assembly clearance of assembled parts exceeds the requirements of specifications and technical documents, with a clearance of 3mm and 7mm. Some parts are assembled without correction, and the existing deformation after assembly cannot be eliminated. The operator cut without permission for the sake of drawing, causing the hole size on the part to exceed the standard. No surface treatment was carried out in the assembly and welding area.
