The installation of the steel structure workshop is completed in only four steps

During the on-site installation of the steel structure workshop, skilled installers with excellent skills and rich experience are the most important link to ensure the quality and safety of the steel structure workshop. Talents are the foundation, and skilled installation workers are a major advantage of steel structure enterprises. The installation of steel structure workshop is complex for laymen, but it is simple for those who understand it. Only four of them are in place.

Step 1:

Recheck the foundation axis and elevation, lift all steel columns in batches, check and fix them, then lift the steel beams, and finally lift the roof support system.

Step 2:

Install the wall sandwich panel. Before the installation of sandwich panels, drawings shall be prepared, and relevant operators shall be specially trained according to relevant construction planning documents to spread the awareness of safe construction. Check the quantity and standard of relevant materials, and replace damaged materials in time. Check the equipment required for construction to ensure its normal operation. Check and verify the installation accuracy of steel members again, timely remove the splash generated during the installation of purlins, and apply anti rust paint.

Step 3:

Install purlins. The purlins used in the steel structure workshop are thin-walled steel purlins, which are light in weight. Manual or crane hoisting is required during installation. After the installation of steel columns and roof beams of a unit, the roof purlins can be installed. When installing the roof purlin, it can be directly fixed on the purlin tray with bolts. It should be noted that the error of roof purlin installation should be controlled within 5mm.

Step 4:

Install the roof slab. The roof panel shall be installed according to the construction schedule of hoisting the main steel structure on the construction site, starting from one side of the gable and gradually moving to the other side, in strict accordance with the construction requirements. The construction scheme and drawings shall avoid dislocation or leakage. Before construction, it is necessary to make a transition through the operation channel to keep it parallel to the roof. In the actual construction process, it is necessary to use wire pulling devices to ensure that the roof slope is always vertical to the roof ridge. It should be noted that if the wave crest projection of different slope directions cannot be in a straight line, the ridge plate cannot be installed normally.
