Steel structure corridor is a structural mainly made of steel, and it is one of the main building structure types. The elevation of concrete column base is generally reserved for 50 ~ 60mm (compared with the design elevation of steel column bottom), and the device is leveled with steel base plate or grout bearing plate in advance.
Before the installation of steel construction corridor, the positioning axis, foundation axis and elevation, anchor bolt specification and position of the building shall be rechecked, and the handover acceptance shall be thoroughly inspected and handled. If the anchor bolt needs to recheck the axis and elevation of each bolt, corresponding remedial measures must be taken for those exceeding the standard requirements. For example, increase the size of the column base plate, and re drill holes on the column base plate according to the actual bolt position.
When the foundation works are handed over in batches, each handover acceptance shall not be less than the column foundation bottom of one device unit that can form the spatial stiffness, and shall comply with the following rules: the strength of foundation concrete shall meet the design requirements; Backfill and tamp around the foundation; The axis mark, elevation and datum point at the foundation are accurate and complete; The top surface of the foundation bottom shall be flat, the surface of the foundation bottom at the secondary pouring shall be roughened, and the anchor bolts shall be intact.
