Canglong Steel structure Co., Ltd in china since 2003
Recently, the over 10,000 square meter large-scale modern industrial plant project in Uzbekistan, for which Canglong Group provided a one-stop closed-loop solution, from detailed design and lean manufacturing of all materials to cross-border logistics via the China-Europe Railway Express and on-site installation guidance, has achieved a breakthrough. The main steel structure frames of both workshops have been successfully installed, and the project is currently in the high-speed advancement phase of the efficient enclosure system.
This project, as an important industrial infrastructure project in Central Asia, has a total construction area of over 13,000 square meters. Leveraging its strong full-industry chain resource integration capabilities, Canglong Group has used digital technology to streamline the entire process from design, production, delivery, and installation, once again establishing a solid monument to Chinese manufacturing excellence along the Belt and Road Initiative.

Uzbekistan, located in the landlocked Central Asia, faces extreme continental climates year-round, with strong winds and heavy snow loads in winter. During the detailed design phase, the Canglong technical team conducted 1:1 mechanical simulation modeling, aligning with both American standards and local Central Asian building codes.
Dual-Workshop Linkage: The project consists of two ultra-large workshops, one with an area of over 4,000 square meters and the other exceeding 9,000 square meters, totaling over 10,000 square meters.
Optimized Central Column Design: Both workshops utilize classic portal frame structures. To ensure the absolute safety of the ultra-large span structure while minimizing initial investment costs for the client, engineers ingeniously planned a row of rigid central columns at the mid-span of the workshops. This design not only perfectly distributes the roof's wind and snow load but also ensures an extremely spacious and flexible layout for heavy-duty logistics flows and large-scale automated production lines within the workshop.

Uzbekistan Industrial Plant Installation
To meet the long-term durability requirements of industrial assets spanning tens of thousands of square meters, Canglong Group's modern domestic base has launched multiple production lines operating in parallel.
High-strength Steel as the Mainstay: The main load-bearing beams and columns are uniformly constructed using high-tensile and high-bending-strength Q355B grade high-quality H-beams, while the secondary structure is equipped with high-precision CNC cold-bent C-shaped steel purlins.
Fully Automated Robotic Precision Welding: The core node plate butt welding and stiffening rib welding are all completed by industrial-grade robots, achieving weld fullness and non-destructive testing (UT) pass rates that meet the highest international safety standards. Simultaneously, all components undergo CNC precision punching and anti-corrosion coating before leaving the factory, eliminating quality risks associated with secondary welding on-site.

Canglong Steel Structure and Sandwich Panel Production Workshop
The Wanping project involves a massive volume of materials. To ensure absolute certainty in the supply chain, Canglong Logistics customized a full-service cross-border logistics solution for the client.
Closed-Loop Train Shipping: Instead of the traditional lengthy sea-land combined transport, all materials are fully integrated with the China-Europe Railway Express.
Scientific Two-Stage Shipments: Based on the sequence of on-site construction, Canglong scientifically categorized the main and secondary steel structures, rock wool panels, gutters, downpipes, doors and windows, and thousands of high-strength bolts and accessories, and shipped them in two precise bookings. Components were loaded into 40HQ containers and shipped directly to Uzbekistan, reducing cross-border transportation time by more than 60% and effectively avoiding the risk of damage from collisions at transshipment ports.

Industrial Plant Projects Packaging and Shipping
Currently, the core framework of the project has been firmly established on the Central Asian soil, and the project has officially entered the enclosure system installation phase.
Class A Non-combustible Enclosure: The factory's exterior walls and roof are fully equipped with high-density rock wool sandwich panels, aligning with EN 13501-1 (Class A non-combustible) fire safety thresholds. Its melting point exceeding 1000°C and excellent thermal and sound insulation properties will perfectly help the factory reduce air conditioning and heating operating expenses (OPEX) by more than 35% in Uzbekistan's extreme temperatures exceeding 40°C and winters dropping to -20°C.
Complete Package Closed-Loop Delivery: On-site installation is simultaneously underway, including the staggered arrangement of high-transmittance FRP skylight panels, the installation of large-capacity gutters and downpipes, and the installation of high-airtightness industrial doors and windows.
On-site Installation Guidance: Under the 3D BIM visualization installation guidance provided by Canglong Group's on-site and remote engineers, the Uzbek construction team assembled the structure like industrial building blocks, with all bolts used for rigid fastening. There was zero cutting and zero hot work on site, halving the overall construction progress compared to traditional methods.

Industrial Plant Construction
Canglong Group's fully closed-loop delivery process, encompassing design, production, shipment, and installation, demonstrates China's absolute strength in digital prefabricated steel structure construction to the Central Asian and global markets. Canglong Group will continue to uphold the highest international standards, building the most robust and environmentally friendly fortress for commercial development for global industrial investors.
