Secondary Structural Grid: The support system uses precision CNC-punched C-shaped steel purlins, tie rods, and bracing. The dense secondary structural mesh not only effectively transfers spatial loads but also lays a perfect foundation for the smooth laying of subsequent external cladding panels.

Highlight Configuration

To address the integrated space requirements of the welding workshop, encompassing production, office, and warehousing, Canglong Group customized an internal mezzanine system. Currently, this area is being installed in tandem with the main frame:

Corrugated Floor Decking: The mezzanine platform is laid with Canglong's high-strength corrugated floor decking. This material serves as a permanent formwork for concrete pouring and also works in conjunction with the steel beams, significantly enhancing the floor's overall load-bearing capacity.

Integrated Steel Staircase: Also delivered with the kit is a fully prefabricated industrial steel structure staircase, achieving a seamless spatial connection between the production workshop and the second-floor office/R&D area.
