Recently, Mauritanian customers arrived at Canglong's industrial park in Yuanyang County, Henan Province, and started a one-day field visit. As a manufacturing company that has been deeply involved in the steel structure field for many years, Canglong Group has demonstrated its solid manufacturing strength to international customers from afar with its core advantages of intelligent production lines and strict quality control.
At 10 am, accompanied by Canglong's business manager Anne, the customer put on safety equipment and entered the 30,000 square meters steel structure production workshop. As soon as you enter the workshop, you can feel the strong pulse of modern industry. More than 10 CNC equipment are running in an orderly manner. The gantry crane on the driving track is accurately lifting steel components. The sound of metal collision and the hum of equipment are interwoven into a manufacturing symphony.
In the material cutting and processing area, the customer stopped in front of a CNC plasma cutting machine imported from Germany. Anne introduced: "This equipment is equipped with a 3D modeling system, which can automatically optimize the cutting path according to the project drawings, and the error is controlled within ±0.5mm." Before she finished speaking, a piece of Q355B steel plate had been cut, and the cut was as smooth as a mirror, and even the burrs on the edge were slightly visible. The Mauritanian customer took out the project drawings he brought with him for comparison and nodded in praise: "Such precision can fully meet the structural requirements of our large-span venues."
Through the unloading area, it is the automated welding workshop. Four six-axis welding robots are working together, the mechanical arms are flexibly flipped, and the welding guns are spewing blue arcs, instantly melting the steel columns and steel beams into one. "These robots use offline programming technology. They can automatically generate welding programs by importing component parameters in advance, and the weld pass rate exceeds 99% in one go." The welding foreman pointed to the real-time monitoring data on the screen and added, "The current, voltage, and speed of each weld will be recorded and archived to ensure traceability." The customer got close to observe the welded parts that had just been completed, and used a flashlight to illuminate the weld from the side. The fish scale pattern was uniform and fine, without pores or slag inclusions, and the professional quality was beyond words.
Continuing to move deeper into the workshop, the surface treatment line was equally impressive. In the shot blasting and rust removal equipment, the steel components were "bathed" in the high-speed rotating steel shot flow, and it only took 8 minutes to remove the surface rust and reveal the original color of the metal. Then it entered the electrostatic spraying area, and the environmentally friendly epoxy zinc-rich primer was uniformly adsorbed by high-voltage static electricity and cured within 30 minutes. "Our coating thickness is strictly controlled at 120μm±20μm, and the salt spray test can reach more than 1,000 hours." The technician handed over the test report, and the customer looked through the data with more and more affirmation.
At 4 pm, the two parties held a signing ceremony at the factory conference center. The customer said: "Today's workshop tour has shown us the hard-core strength behind the parameters on paper. From equipment accuracy to process flow, Canglong Group is fully capable of undertaking my steel structure project." Jack, general manager of Canglong, responded: "Customer recognition is more valuable than any certification. We will set up a special team for the project to ensure that every component is delivered with zero defects."
Then, representatives of both parties solemnly signed and stamped the contract. Amid applause, the customer initiated a payment instruction through mobile banking on the spot, and the 30% deposit agreed in the contract was credited in real time.
The setting sun shines through the workshop glass on the steel components that have just come off the line, reflecting a dazzling luster. This inspection is not only a verification of seeing is believing, but also a bridge for infrastructure cooperation between China and Mozambique. As the customer said after signing the contract: "In Canglong's workshop, we hide our confidence in the quality of the project."
