Dominican church steel structure kits begins shipping

The church project designed by Canglong Group for customers in the Dominican Republic has successfully completed the production, manufacturing, and shipping preparation of the core steel structure kits. The key components of the steel structure solution for this project are produced strictly in accordance with design specifications and quality standards:

Core load-bearing components: The key beam column system of the project's main framework is made of high-quality Q235 steel and H-shaped steel. This material has good comprehensive mechanical properties and weldability. Through precise cutting (CNC flame/plasma cutting), groove processing, assembly positioning, automatic submerged arc welding, correction and other core processes, the dimensional accuracy, straightness and welding quality of H-shaped steel beams and columns are ensured, providing a solid support skeleton for the church structure.

Efficient enclosure structural components: The roof and wall systems use cold-formed thin-walled C-shaped steel and Z-shaped steel. These components utilize high-precision cold bending forming units to continuously roll form steel strips of specific specifications. This process ensures the consistency of cross-sectional dimensions of components such as purlins and wall beams, high production efficiency, and meets the requirements of lightweight design.

Auxiliary structures and decorative components: The project also includes various specifications of square steel pipes (square pipes). The production of square tubes mainly involves steps such as roll forming, high-frequency welding, sizing and straightening, and cutting to length. These square tubes will be applied to curtain wall supports, canopy frames, interior decorative frames, and other parts, providing stable and aesthetically pleasing structural support. 

All steel structural components strictly follow material inspection, process quality control (such as non-destructive testing of welds, dimensional review), and finished product inspection procedures during the production process. After completing surface treatment (such as shot blasting and rust removal) and applying anti-corrosion coatings, the complete set of steel structure kits with mature technology and reliable quality has been carefully packaged and protected recently, and officially arranged for shipment and delivery. This batch of components carrying the precision manufacturing process and project management capabilities of Canglong Group has departed for the Dominican Republic, marking a crucial step towards the completion of this sacred building project.
